Our COVID-19 Response

We have made the decision to close our lobbies and operate via drive thru until further notice. Our loan department is still able to assist you with your borrowing needs during this time. We highly encourage our members to utilize their debit cards, home banking, ATM services.

1. Remember to wash your hands regularly and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
2. Get plenty of rest.
3. Stay hydrated.
4. Sneeze and cough into a tissue or your elbow.
5. Seek medical attention if you feel ill.

Grove City Area Federal Credit Union’s top priority is the safety of our employees, members and the community we serve. We continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus across the globe as well as in our area.

Due to escalating concerns about the spread of COVID-19, and in the best interests of our employees, Grove City Area Federal Credit Union has made the decision that effective Friday, March 20th we will be closing our lobbies until further notice, but will continue to operate via drive thru. We will remain open in our drive thru during normal business hours including Saturdays.

Our loan department is still available to assist you with any borrowing needs during this time. We will continue to accept loan applications, provide timely decisions, and arrange for you to get the loan you need. We understand that this pandemic could cause some financial difficulties and we are here to help you during this time.

We encourage our members to take advantage of our online and mobile tools and technologies to make banking more convenient during this time.  By accessing your account via home-banking or our mobile app you can: 

  • Access your accounts to see transactions, balances and other important account details.
  • Deposit checks into your account through your mobile device.
  • Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments
  • Make payments to companies or individuals using Bill Pay.
  • Make a request for a loan.
  • Access cash via our ATM machines.

If you are not currently registered for online or mobile banking, you can enroll by visiting or by downloading our app from your app store.  Enrollment and use of these services are free to members.  If you have questions or need help, please contact us for assistance. The CDC has published tips on how to prevent the Coronavirus for individuals as well as businesses, including more frequent hand-washing and cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces daily.
